Full displacement Piles FDP
In our offer we provide performing of FDP of foundation depth over 20 m.
Full displacement piles are used in the following areas:
- Strengthening of the ground beneath the foundations of buildings
- Road and bridge construction by reducing the rates of ground settlement and toincrease global stability of the base.
- Foundations for sound barriers
- Outer walls of the trench or a fixed element of the foundation.

This type of piles are performed with the drill of special construction which is screwed into the centre ground-medium causing its densification within the side surface of the pile. When inserting the tool into the ground there is no elevation of the spoils. After reaching the planned depth or torque, the drill is elevated and simultaneously the concrete mix is added through the body of the drill. Then reinforcing cage or a profile may be placed into the grout.
An important advantage of FDP piles is the confidence that it is positioned on an appropriate ordinate by measuring the torque and because of the lack of spoils elevation while forming the pile.

Continuous Flight Auger piles (CFA)
CFA piles are used in the following areas:
- Strengthening of the ground beneath the buildings foundations,
- Road and bridge construction by reducing the rates of ground settlement and to
- Increase global stability of the base,
- Foundations for sound barriers,
- Outer walls of the trench or a fixed element of the foundation.
The technology to install the CFA piles consists in removing the ground, than concrete mixture is pumped out through the hollow stem. It allows to use this kind of solution in more compacted soils than in the case of FDP piles. The installation depth of the CFA piles may reach more than 20 m and is determined by the soil parameters and later operation of hardened piles.
