PPI Chrobok S.A. has many years of experience in jet-grouting technology. We provide high pressure injection from a depth of 20 m and a diameter of column more than 3 m.

This method may be used as:

• Excavation permanent walls casing and foundation fixed element
• Anti-filtration barrier of the bottom and walls of the trench
• Foundation for underground infrastructure constructions (tanks, collectors and others)
• Strengthening the foundations of existing facilities

Jet grouting is a moulding technology on a soil-cement column ground that uses effect of cutting and grinding the ground under the influence of cement grout under high pressure. The jet injection begins from drilling the hole to up to the required depth.

 

Than starts the ground engaging with a thin stream of grout under high pressure with simultaneous formation of the column. To increase the output energy, compressed air shield can be used, which causes enlarged diameter of the formed column.
