Our company has years of experience performing micropiles, soil nails and tie-back anchors.

This technology can be used as:

  • Reinforcement of slopes and embankments
  • Protection sheet pile walls and retaining walls
  • Strengthening of the ground for the construction of foundations and other construction and engineering infrastructure facilities

In case of performing micropiles, soil nails and tie-back anchors, system solutions are used. The system is based on the idea of self-drilling reinforcement. This technology consists in making hole in one process line, the introduction of injection grout and the reinforcement. The injection grout is administered by the rod and inserted into the ground by hole in drill bit or drill. After the desired depth is drilled, final injection is performed. The borehole was injected from the bottom to the top. Grout migrating in soil structure stabilizes the walls of the hole and further strengthens the ground medium around the micropile, soil nails or tie-back anchors. Drilling without the use of ducts allows to achieve a very high mechanical parameters. Depending on the soil type, fixed anchor diameter may be twice as large as drill bit. The shape of the micropiles, soil nails and tie-back anchors performed ​​in this technology is irregular, which ensures good cooperation with the soil. The entire element inserted into the hole (rods, shank adapters, percussion drill bits ) remains in the hole as a reinforcement of the micropile (anchors string).
